Code of Conduct

● Respect teammates, opponents, and officials at all times

● No abusive language or violent behaviour (Fine: £15 for dissent, £50 for violent conduct)

● Uphold the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship

● No smoking of weed in the kit (Fine: £10)

● All players are expected to participate in the club activities

Attendance

● Notify the manager in advance if unable to attend training or matches (Fine: £5 for

missed training without notice)

● Consistent attendance is expected throughout the season

● Repeated absences may result in disciplinary action

Match Day Expectations

● Arrive at the venue on time (Fine: £5 for lateness)

● Return to the club house with the rest of the team (Fine: £5 if not arranged prior)

● Wear the correct team kit and bring necessary equipment (Fine: £1)

● Missing a match without a valid reason must be avoided (Fine: £20 for missing a match

without a valid reason)

● None payment of subs on matchday without prior approval (Fine: £1)

● All subs must collect balls during game play, any lost balls (Fine: £1 every player)

Training

● Attend all scheduled training sessions (Fine: £5 for missed training without notice)

● Put in full effort and maintain a positive attitude

● Inform the coach if arriving late or leaving early (Fine: £5 for lateness)

Disciplinary Actions

● Fines will be issued for breaches of rules as outlined

● Repeated offences may lead to suspension or removal from the team

● All fines must be paid within 14 days of issuance

Communication

● Use team communication channels (e.g. Whatsapp) responsibly

● Respond promptly to team messages and updates

● Inform the manager of any issues affecting participation
